General Practice is a membership based organisation. To successfully represent general practice we rely on the active participation of GPs, practice nurses, practice managers and staff, specialists, other health professionals and community representatives.

Who is eligible to join?

The Board may accept for admission as a member any person considered by the Board as likely to further the objects of the Company and who satisfies the Regulations of the Company concerning membership and otherwise regarded by the Board as suitable for admission as a member.

Becoming a GPC member

If you would like to apply to become a member of General Practice Cairns, please download, complete and return a Membership Application Form. Everyone is required to fill out Form 1a (the individual details form) and Form 2 the payment form. Form 1b will be required if your organisation / practice has changed its details (eg: phone, fax, PO box, etc).
